Hi, I’m Kara - women’s health dietitian & midlife health coach!
I created this 12-week online course for women in midlife who are ready to ditch dieting, improve their health, and feel like themselves again.

12-Week Program: Dive into 6 core modules that will teach you to embrace food, movement, and self-care in a way that works for YOU.
Live Sessions: Each module consists of a 60-minute live training session followed by a 60-minute Q&A the following week, ensuring you get the support and answers you need. The course will run on Monday evenings, with each session starting at 8pm. All sessions will be recorded so if you can't make it on the night, you can catch up through watching the recording and sending any questions through to Kara.
